Process of selection for Agniveervayu (Sports)
Selection consists of four stages: Document Verification, Physical Fitness Test (1.6 Km run in 7 minutes + Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats), Sports Specific Trials in the applied discipline, and Medical Examination by IAF Medical Team.
How to apply for Agniveervayu (Sports)?
- Visit the official IAF Agniveer portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in/ during 23–29 March 2026.
- Register with a valid email ID and mobile number and complete online application with personal, educational and sports details.
- Upload scanned copies (JPG/JPEG) of required documents: 10th & 12th/Diploma/Vocational certificates, passport photo, signature, thumb impression, parent/guardian signature (if below 18), and up to 5 sports certificates.
- Pay the registration fee of ₹100/- plus taxes through the online payment gateway.
- Submit the form and download/print the application and e-call/admit letter for the recruitment trials.
- Report at the trial venue in New Delhi on the date and time mentioned in the admit card with all original documents and photocopies as listed in the notification.
