Process of selection for Group-5 Staff Nurse, Paramedical Staff & Other Equivalent Posts
The selection process consists of an online written examination of 100 marks (objective/MCQ type) with negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer, followed by document verification and medical examination by the concerned recruiting department. Results will be prepared using Normalised Equi-Percentile (NEP) scaling if the exam is held in multiple shifts.

Eligible candidates can apply online for MPESB Group-5 Paramedical 2026 by following these steps:
- Visit the official MP Online website: www.mponline.gov.in or the ESB website: www.esb.mp.gov.in
- Go to “Citizen Services” → “Application” → “ESB” link on the MP Online portal
- Read the official notification and examination rules carefully before proceeding
- Click on “Apply Online” and fill in the application form with correct and complete details
- Upload required documents — colour photograph (white background, taken within 3 months), signature, and self-written declaration in own handwriting
- Enter Aadhaar Card number / Aadhaar VID (mandatory)
- Select post preferences and priority order for all eligible posts
- Upload educational qualification mark sheets and other required certificates
- Pay the application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or via an authorized MP Online Kiosk (Portal charge ₹60/- via kiosk, ₹20/- via self-login)
- Submit the application form and note down / save the Application Form Number for future reference (Admit Card will be issued using this number)
- Application corrections/modifications can be made from 13/03/2026 to 01/04/2026 by paying the prescribed modification fee

- Aadhaar registration is mandatory for all candidates.
- Candidates must register with the Employment Office of Madhya Pradesh (Rozgar Karyalay).
