Responsibilities:
As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations to ensure the safety and security of the organization’s premises and assets. Your duties may include:
- Supervising Security Personnel: Manage a team of security guards, ensuring proper deployment and adherence to protocols.
- Implementing Security Measures: Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to safeguard the organization’s assets and personnel.
- Conducting Training: Provide training and guidance to security staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Monitoring Security Systems: Oversee the operation of security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms to detect and deter security threats.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in security management or a related field is preferred.
- Qualifications: Candidates must have served as Junior Commissioned Officers (JCO) in the armed forces.
- Civil Experience: At least 6 months of civilian experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for effective coordination and supervision of security operations.
